About TripTools
TripTools brings airport, time-zone, money, baggage and travel-reference tools together for use on the road. Its bundled reference information is designed to work offline and is not live data.

Email support@vorlon.ca. To help diagnose an issue, include your TripTools version, iPhone and iOS version, what you were trying to do, and the steps that led to the problem.
Basic troubleshooting
- Close and reopen TripTools, then restart your iPhone if the problem continues.
- Install the latest available version of TripTools and iOS.
- Review your home airport, home currency, preferred units and other local settings.
- If you reinstall the app, be aware that locally stored settings and airport notes may be removed.
Airport, currency, baggage and travel-reference information can change. Verify important details with the relevant airline, airport, government or other official source before travelling.
