Overview
TripTools (application identifier ca.vorlon.triptools) is an offline-first travel utility developed and published by Vorlon Holdings Inc. It does not require an account and does not collect or transmit personal information through the app.
Information stored on your device
TripTools stores app settings, airport notes and local app state in a database on your device. Calculator and travel-tool inputs are processed on the device. The current app does not send those local values to a TripTools or Vorlon server.
Analytics, advertising and tracking
TripTools does not include analytics, advertising, crash-reporting or tracking services. It does not collect advertising identifiers, use behavioural tracking, include in-app purchases, or require a user account.
Permissions
TripTools does not request access to your location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone or Bluetooth. It does not use push notifications or background modes.
Contacting support
Choosing Contact Support asks your own email application to create a draft addressed to Vorlon. The draft may include the TripTools app version, platform, operating-system version and device model to help diagnose an issue. This information is visible to you and can be reviewed, edited or removed before sending. TripTools does not automatically transmit the draft or its diagnostic information.
If you send the email, Vorlon Holdings Inc. may receive and retain the information you choose to include for the purpose of responding to and supporting your request.
External links
TripTools can open external websites or map apps when you choose a link. Those services may receive normal browser or app traffic and are governed by their own privacy policies. Vorlon does not control their data practices.
Changes to this policy
This policy will be updated if TripTools’ data practices change. The current version is effective September 14, 2026.
